The GSA Lounge is open to all graduate students and campus-registered student groups or organizations that directly work with or benefit the graduate student body. It’s a great space to work, relax, or visit with fellow graduate students! Amenities include a balcony, a pool table, couches, tables, and chairs. Free coffee is provided for graduate students every weekday during the academic year.
Reservation Requests
Only current UC Santa Barbara graduate students may book the GSA Lounge.
We accept reservations from official on-campus graduate student organizations or other organizations with a graduate student member. We also welcome graduate students hosting study sessions, writing groups, etc.
Before making a reservation, please take a look at the calendar and confirm that there is no scheduling conflict.
OPENING HOURS
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm
Graduate students have 24/7 access to the lounge as a study space. Note that all graduate students may use the lounge anytime, even if it is booked for an event.
